Our bicycle comes 95% pre-assembled. Simply open the box, and adjust the parts. Once done, you’ll be ready to hit the road.

When will my order ship and which shipping carrier will be use？

Our standard processing time for orders is within 48 working hours on business days. For the ebike, we primarily use FedEx as the shipping carrier. As for accessories, we rely on a combination of USP and DHL for shipping.
